The privacy statement is based on the legal requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (“Bundesdatenschutzgesetz”) and the Telemedia Act (“Telemediengesetz”).
Access data/ Server-Logfiles
With each access to the homepage the provider collects access data by Webspaceprovider (so-called server log files). Access data are:
• Name of the requested Web page, file, date and time of access, data volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type plus version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
• The provider uses the log file only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and the optimization of the offer. The provider reserves the right, however, the log data to check later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.
As personally identifiable information is referred by which a person can be individualized. Personal data are therefore in particular the name, the address or the email address of the user. Personal data is generally collected by us on a voluntary basis, as far as possible.

Registration for the newsletter requires the storage of the IP address of the user and the date of registration. By the logging we only want to prevent the misuse of e-mail address by third parties, especially if the email address is used without the knowledge of the claimant. The logging serves as proof of use.

Comments and Contributions
When posting comments on the blog or issuance of other posts, the IP address of the user is stored. It´s stored for the security of the provider in case that someone proclaims unlawful content in comments or contributions (prohibited political propaganda, insults, etc.). For illegally comments or contributions the provider himself can be prosecuted. He therefore has an interest in the identity of the author.
