The privacy statement is based on the legal requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (“Bundesdatenschutzgesetz”) and the Telemedia Act (“Telemediengesetz”).

Access data/ Server-Logfiles
With each access to the homepage the provider collects access data by Webspaceprovider (so-called server log files). Access data are:
• Name of the requested Web page, file, date and time of access, data volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type plus version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
• The provider uses the log file only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and the optimization of the offer. The provider reserves the right, however, the log data to check later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.

Personal data

By the logging we only want to prevent the misuse of e-mail address by third parties, especially if the email address is used without the knowledge of the claimant. The logging serves as proof of use.
It is up to the user to withdraw his consent to store the data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. The user may revoke his participation in the newsletter via a link in the newsletter itself or by sending a message to the above contact details.

On several pages, we use cookies to make visiting our website attractive and to allow the use of certain functions. Cookies are small files, enabling the provider to store specific information to the user’s terminal (smartphone, PC, tablet, etc.), related to the specific device.
